By submitting your information to join the waitlist for the moodaroo SaaS product ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not join the waitlist.

2. Waitlist Purpose

Joining the waitlist expresses your interest in the moodaroo product. It does not create any contract or agreement for the provision of services, nor does it guarantee you will be offered access to the Service. It serves as a way for us to notify you of our launch and provide you with relevant updates.

3. No Obligation

Joining the waitlist places no obligation on you to purchase or subscribe to the Service when it becomes available. Similarly, it places no obligation on us (Moodaroo) to provide the Service to you. We reserve the right to select users for early access or beta programs at our sole discretion.

4. Communication

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including notifications about the product launch, updates, and other marketing materials related to moodaroo. You can opt-out of these communications at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link provided in the emails.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the moodaroo name, branding, and concept are owned by Moodaroo. Joining the waitlist does not grant you any license or right to our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moodaroo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your participation in the waitlist.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on this page.
